Our main service center in Sacramento is open from 9am to 7pm Monday through Friday. In some cases, we return cars to customers on Sundays too.

Depending on the workload, you can usually bring your car in for service on the same day you contact us. At the latest, we will start repairs within three working days.

Yes, we provide loaner cars. We have two vehicles available, but they are loaned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
