Service subscription agreement
This Service Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between EV's Republic LLC, a California limited liability company, located at 2183 Benita Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 ("Company"), and the undersigned subscriber ("Customer").
1. Subscription Services
Company agrees to provide the following services during the active subscription term:
- One (1) 4-Wheel Alignment per 12-month period (Value: $229)
- One (1) Multipoint Vehicle Inspection per 12-month period (Value: $500)
- 5% Discount on all repairs (labor and parts) performed during an active subscription
Notes:
- Alignment includes only adjustment and does not cover replacement of worn or damaged suspension components. Any additional labor or parts required will be billed separately, subject to a 5% discount if the subscription is active.
- Multipoint Inspection is a visual and diagnostic evaluation only and does not include repairs or guarantees of vehicle condition. Repairs based on inspection findings are billed separately, with the 5% discount applied during an active subscription.
The Multipoint Inspection includes a review of the following systems and components (for preventive maintenance purposes only — no repairs or replacements are included):

HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY INSPECTION
Visual safety inspection and battery health check (no removal or internal diagnostics)
- This inspection is for preventive maintenance purposes only and does not include any repairs, part replacements, or performance guarantees.
- Each subscription applies to a single registered vehicle (identified by VIN) and is non-transferable. Customer may request to transfer the subscription to a different vehicle no more than once per subscription year with written Company approval.
Vehicle Registration and Transfer
Customer acknowledges and agrees that the subscription services and benefits under this Agreement apply exclusively to the specific vehicle identified by its Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) provided at the time of subscription.
Any change of the registered vehicle during the subscription term must be communicated to Company in writing and is subject to Company’s prior approval.
Company reserves the right to accept or deny such transfer at its sole discretion.
Services and benefits already rendered to the original vehicle cannot be transferred or applied to any new vehicle.
Failure to notify Company of a vehicle change or use of services for an unregistered vehicle constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in suspension or termination of the subscription without refund.
2. Term and Auto-Renewal Disclosure (California ARL Compliance)
- The subscription term is a minimum of twelve (12) months (“Initial Term”).
- The subscription automatically renews for additional 12-month periods unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
- You will receive an email reminder 30–45 days before renewal with cancellation instructions.
- To cancel: submit a written request by email to support@evsrepublic.com or through the customer portal (if available).
3. Fees and Payment
- $29/month if paid annually upfront ($348 total)
- $39/month if paid monthly
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Prepaid annual amounts are treated as deferred revenue and earned monthly over the contract period.
Customer authorizes the Company to charge their preferred payment method monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.
Customer is responsible for ensuring their payment method remains valid. Failed or declined payments may result in service suspension.
4. Conditions of Use
- The alignment and inspection are valid for one use per 12-month period and do not roll over if unused.
- The 5% discount is valid only during an active subscription term and only for the registered vehicle.
- Services are subject to availability and scheduling, and may require advance notice (up to 14 days).
- The Company does not guarantee immediate service during peak times.
- Customer must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the scheduled service for that period.
- Some repairs or diagnostic procedures may require multiple visits and are not covered by this subscription unless specifically stated. Additional labor and parts will be billed separately.
- Recommendations made after the Multipoint Inspection are advisory. Customer is under no obligation to authorize repairs and Company is not liable for any issues arising from refusal to perform recommended services.
- Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict subscription benefits if Customer fails to comply with payment obligations, appointment attendance, or other terms.
Anti-Abuse Policy:
If the Customer uses the 5% discount and cancels their subscription within 30 days of receiving that discount, the Company reserves the right to retroactively charge the Customer for the difference between the discounted and full price.
This amount will be added to the Customer’s account and must be paid upon cancellation.
The Company may also deduct the balance from any prepaid subscription amount, if available.
5. Cancellation and Early Termination
- The subscription cannot be canceled during the Initial Term.
- If canceled early, Customer will be responsible for the remaining unpaid balance of the term.
- The Company may terminate the subscription at any time with or without cause, with a pro-rated refund for any unused pre-paid services.
Discount Reversal Clause:
In case of cancellation after having used the 5% discount within the past 30 days, the Company reserves the right to invoice the Customer for the value of the previously applied discount, as outlined in Section 4.
6. Dispute and Chargeback Policy
Customer agrees to promptly notify Company of any billing questions or disputes and to work in good faith to resolve any issues directly.
Any chargebacks or disputes initiated through the Customer’s bank or credit card issuer without prior contact and attempt to resolve with the Company may be considered a breach of this Agreement.
Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services and pursue collection for unpaid amounts resulting from chargebacks or disputed transactions.
Customer acknowledges that chargeback fees and related costs will be charged to Customer if the dispute is found to be unjustified.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The Company shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use, including but not limited to:
- Missed issues during inspection
- Vehicle breakdowns after service
- Parts or labor performed by third parties
All inspections are visual and diagnostic in nature and do not guarantee mechanical outcomes or roadworthiness.
Company is not responsible for damages or failures arising after service unless caused directly by negligent acts of Company personnel.
Customer agrees to release EV’s Republic LLC from any claims beyond the cost of the specific service rendered.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in Sacramento County, CA.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties. No oral or written statement not included herein shall be binding.
